Reservation Details

Deposits:
A 50% deposit per rental is required to confirm a Hilton Head beachfront vacation villa, or home reservation.
The balance of the reservation charge is due at least two weeks prior to arrival. Payment may be made by personal, business, or cashier’s check, money order, or any major credit card.

A credit card number with an expiration date and your signature is required for all reservations. This authorization form serves as a security deposit for any possible damages that may occur.

Cancellations:
Hilton Head villa cancellations require a 30 day written notification prior to arrival. Home cancellations require a 60 day written notification prior to arrival. There is a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation of villas/homes less than 30/60 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

The Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
